Coral Freedom gives today’s mobile workforce a very powerful tool without sacrificing security. Unlike DISA, Freedom authenticates users based on an ANI or Caller ID programmed into the Coral. The outside party, calls their DID number and authenticates to what is programmed on their telephone. An optional password can be required. Once authenticated, the user has the same functions available to them when they are using their Coral telephone. This includes paging, outbound calling with SMDR tracking and conference calls.
