Rose Villa

Rose Villa is a nonprofit active and continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located on a bluff above the Willamette River in Portland, Oregon. Their mission is to support older adults as they live the life of their own choosing. When they needed wifi for their 22-acre facility, they turned to TouchPoint.
They chose TouchPoint because we took the time to meet with staff to find out what their mission and vision was for their organization and what challenges they were facing with their current setup. We also met with residents to find out what challenges, wants and needs they had surrounding technology.
We will be providing them with both the WiFi under Adtran's ProCloud service and a new phone system, the Tadiran Aeonix. Both the Tadiran and Wi-Fi service will serve all of Rose Villa’s residents and their business office.
