Gary = The Great Phone System Installer! #1 thing – Gary explained everything that he was doing. And he did it in a way that I understood. He never made me feel overwhelmed with the new system. He made it sound easy and it was. Even though he was working around the office, he was so quiet. You have no idea how we appreciate that. We were not disrupted at all. When he explained the voice mail system, he took his time. Had me write down notes in my Touch Point booklet. Of course he left and I forgot everything that he said. I had notes though. When I spoke to Gary, he explained it again (without making me feel stupid – that was so nice) and I understood what he said. Our phone system works great. Our voicemail is set up correctly. The sound is clear and I haven't had any complaints from clients. Which we did with our 'old' system. I really appreciate Gary. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

Due to the fact that we have so many different types of users on the system, from basic phone users all the way up to serious computer savvy users, TouchPoint customized the training so that each user would get the maximum benefit. The desktop call management software interfaces with Outlook allowing us to make calls quickly without having to search for phone numbers. In addition, all our voicemail and email messages are displayed in one place on our PC screen for easy access and viewing. Our front desk staff is able to see immediately whether a user is available for calls, in a meeting, or out of office making it easier to service our clients.
