We've recently implemented Zultys for two legal non-profits in Portland to help them better serve low-income clients throughout Oregon. These organizations will save money, and also be more productive and efficient.
Additional software that's included with the system, Media Exchange Interface for End Users (MXIE) will integrate and manage all of their communication functions. Now they can see the presence status of others in their organization, send emails, control all their phone calls via desktop phones or a softphone, send and receive faxes, send secure Instant Messages, use Voicemail, and launch collaborative web conferencing sessions using just mouse clicks on their desktop!
We're looking forward to hearing about all the great work that will come from the Oregon Law Center and Legal Aid Services of Oregon.
